Our By-Laws are the governing documents of our organization.
They were written to provide order and structure for the day
to day operation of the organization.
All officers and members are expected to read and understand
the By-Laws and adhere to rules and regulations set within.
During the course of the organization's development, there may
be times when it is necessary to amend the By-Laws. This may be
done at an official Board of Directors meeting. All changes must
be won by a majority rule vote.
