The Board and the volunteers of Bikers Against Breast Cancer, Inc appreciate the efforts of all the clubs, businesses, and organizations that have pledged to help us reach our fund raising goals.
If you would like to host an event on behalf of our organization
you must first complete an event proposal.

The use of our name or any likeness to our logo or other images and information to solicit funds is strictly prohibited
without the expressed written permission of Bikers Against Breast Cancer, Incorporated

501c3 Use Agreement
Any entity hosting an event that will donate 100% of the proceed to Bikers Against Breast Cancer, Inc. may be able
to use our 501c3 tax exempt status to obtain sponsorship.
Before soliciting, you must complete a 501c3 Use Agreement.

Sponsorship Form
This sponsorship form can help you with your fundraising efforts. Simply asks everyone you know to make a donation.
Remember, no amount is too small. We take it all!
Now, some people do not like giving out their personal information. That's ok, obtaining their name, address, etc. helps you remember who to thank and sometimes helps us create a mailing list. It's good to have but not mandatory. Just be sure to thank them for their donation at the time they give.

We have several vending opportunities available.
Cost
1. For Profit $150.00
2. Food Vendors $150.00
3. For Profit--Information Only Free
4. Non Profit Free
Food Vendors must meet the requirements of the EO
Board of Health.
All vendors must sign a hold harmless wavier for
Bikers Against Breast Cancer, Inc.
The City of East Orange and;
The Port Authority
Although vendors are not required to obtain insurance for
this event, it is strongly recommended if you have valuable
merchandise. Bikers Against Breast Cancer, Inc., The City
of East Orange, nor the Port Authority can or will be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods or services
of any vendor.
